Accident happens at sea, causing major structural damage to the lifeboat. More than half of the lifeboat body main structure has affected. Our Team of Engineers took 3 weeks to repair, strengthen and restore back the lifeboat body main structure to its origin state.
On Repair Completion a full functional testing was carried out at FibreCraft own wharf side.

Team took 3 days to carry out polishing works for the Longest Free Fall Lifeboat and thereafter carry out a 1.1 x load test at FibreCraft own repair yard.

Our Team replaced the badly damage wooden fender to a D-type Rubber fender, repaired the broken wooden seat and renewed the badly corroded lifting hook keel shoe plate.
